Milo’s birthday
Milo’s birthday was a couple of weeks ago. It started with me taking in birthday treats (donut holes – apparently this is a tradition now) to his class on the last day of school. Milo’s birthday was a day later. Milo was pretty excited for his birthday.
When he got up on Saturday morning, we opened his presents. Holly was pretty excited to help him get them out and unwrap his gifts. He got some workbooks, as well as a few clothes, a new blue lightsaber, a squirt gun, and several new legos. He was pretty excited about his new legos.
We had his party later that day. We had a few friends come over. We ate pizza, played games (the kids love to play the “throw the ball down from upstairs and hit it into a box” game). The kids also ran around the house with the beach ball and had a blast doing that. We also had a Darth Vader pinata. That was fun too. We changed it up for Milo and had cheesecake for his birthday dessert. It wasn’t that big of a hit for the kids (this was noted for his party next year). They also played wii for a bit. Milo got some more legos. He spent all day in his room building his legos.
Later that night, Milo went to Pack Meeting and that seemed to go okay as well. Wow, it was a fun filled excited day for him!
