Our spring break adventure…

We decided that since Lisa was coming and it was spring break we needed to go for a few days on an adventure. It certainly was that.

We decided to see what Houston was all about. It is a big city with lots of traffic. The first day we went to the Aquarium. We weren’t really impressed with it. It is basically an amusement park with an underwater theme. We got a little lost and ended up parking quite a bit from the place. Scott and I went to move the car closer while Lisa, Milo and Holly looked around. They saw the tiger exhibit.

After Scott and I got back, we stood in line for a long time (like 45 minutes) to go on the Shark ride. The only way to see the sharks was to go on the train ride. It was pretty cool, but probably not worth it. Milo enjoyed seeing the sharks. After that we looked around the exhibit and decided to leave.

The next day we went to the Houston Museum of Natural Science to the Butterfly exhibit. It was very fun. You learn about butterflies and bugs before going in the actual exhibit.

Holly was tired and didn’t last long. The museum was very fun. Scott enjoyed taking pictures of the butterflies. We will get his pictures posted when they are ready. We will definitely have to go back there again.
